Sending Beautiful Emails Using Stationary

If you're like me, you send and receive email constantly all day long. For the most part, it's "taking care of business" email, meaning the email is usually short, to the point and business in nature. When it comes to celebrating life's greatest moments, however, you want to send an email that more closely resembles the importance of the event. For example, celebrating a child's birthday. 

Mail (the built-in mail application on every Mac)  has some beautifully designed stationary templates to help your email stand out in the crowd. To use these templates, we first need to open the stationary drawer (located in the top right-hand corner of your new message window). Once open, you will see a series of stationary templates to choose from. Simply choose the template you wish to use, drag and drop images you want to use in place of the placeholder images, replace the placeholder text with your own, and send. It's just that easy!
