This position will be interfacing with various clients (on-site and remotely) on a support level and assisting through problem-solving techniques. Limited heavy lifting may be required from time to time.
Working knowledge of Various End-user Operating Systems (Windows 10/11, macOS, Android & iOS)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and newer (including AD, DNS, DHCP, etc)
Working knowledge of virtualization technology (Hyper-V, VMWare, Parallels, etc)
Working knowledge of email platforms (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, Google G Suite, etc)
Fundamental understanding of networking (VLANs, DHCP, VPN, etc)
Basic Problem-solving Techniques (must work well under pressure)
Good Interpersonal Communication Skills
At least an Associates degree in a computer/technology-related field of study (a Bachelor’s degree is preferred)
At least 2 years experience in a computer/technology-related field
Vehicle & valid driver’s license for on-site engagements
Full-time (40 hours per week). Occasional evening and weekend work will be required.
