If you haven't seen this 6-second Vine video yet (shot by Porscha Coleman in LA), you must really be disconnected. This woman was told by AppleCare that she could walk into the Apple Store and get her part. What she didn't realize is that she needed to make an appointment with a Genius first. As a result of the miscommunication, she decided to have a meltdown right then and there. Yikes!
