At Allgaier Consulting, we rely heavily on client feedback to ensure that we are providing the highest level of customer service and technical solutions possible. We recently conducted an exhaustive survey of our clients to find out how we are doing and where we can improve. We asked about availability, expertise, pricing and much more. The results are in and they are overwhelmingly positive. Below is a graph showing the overall satisfaction.
While we won't disclose the results of the survey in detail, they are in line with the overall satisfaction shown above. But don't take our word for it. Below are real client comments.

"In the past 5 months I've had more computer trouble than I care to mention. So many issues. So many problems. And Kevin solved every.single.one. He's fast and knows what he's doing. I spent hours and hours on the phone with Apple customer service trying to resolve an issue with a brand new iMac. Though the apple customer care was excellent in trying to help, the problem persisted. So I called in Kevin and he came that day, fixed the problem, and I haven't had a problem since. He's also helped me with several issues on my old iMac that had a hard drive failure. Honestly, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my computer at this point. "We had the best experience with Kevin the past few months. I was having issues getting my email at my home office and on webmail. Our web tech guy was unable to help me, saying it was all sorts of other issues - ISP and/or Apple. After investigating those places and not getting anywhere, I wasn't sure where to turn. "I'm a veteran Mac user, but sometimes run into issues that stump me. I ran into a few the other week and tried contacting several technology consultants to help with the issues (they were time-sensitive and critical they be resolved quickly). The only consultant I heard back from was Allgaier Consulting.
Kevin returned my call on a Friday afternoon and listened to my concerns asking good questions. Fearing it may take a couple weeks to get him on-site, I asked to set a time to meet. Astonishingly, he said he could meet the next day at my home office... on a Saturday!
