I admit it... this tip has absolutely nothing to do with tech, but thought I would share it anyway. I'm always on the hunt for a better air freshener for my car. I like my car to smell fresh (and I swear it makes the car drive better... that, and a car wash).
For a long time now, I've been using an air freshener in my car that you won't find at a car wash or a gas station convenience store. In fact, you won't even find it in the auto aisle at your local Wal-mart or Target. Where will you find it? The laundry aisle.

As far as I'm concerned, the best air freshener on the market is a Downy dryer sheet (Snuggle- or Bounty-brand work as well).
About once a month, I put a dryer sheet in each of the two front doors of my car. Not only does it make the car smell fantastic, but it lasts about the entire month! Give it a try. I bet I will have you convinced.
As a bonus tip, try throwing a dryer sheet in your suitcase with your clothes when traveling. Your clothes arrive on the other end smelling as fresh as if they just came from the dryer. I've been doing that for years, and it works great!
